1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of klivra.health and the services offered through it (the "Services"), operated by Klivra ("Klivra," "we," "us"). By accessing the site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What Klivra is

Klivra is a direct-pay telehealth platform. Medical care available through Klivra is provided by independent licensed physicians and clinical partners — not by Klivra itself. Klivra does not practice medicine, and the physicians exercise independent clinical judgment in all treatment decisions. Information on our website is for general education and is not medical advice. 3. Eligibility

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where the Services are available: Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, Florida, or South Carolina. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your true state of residence and health history.

4. Telehealth consent

By using the Services, you consent to receive care via telehealth, which has benefits and limitations compared with in-person care. During onboarding you will be asked to review and accept a telehealth informed consent from our clinical partners. Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition, and a physician may determine that you need in-person evaluation.

5. Prescriptions

Whether any medication is prescribed is always at the sole discretion of a licensed physician after reviewing your health information. Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. If a treatment is prescribed, use it only as directed and report side effects to your physician promptly.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation

The Services are cash-pay; we do not bill insurance. Prices are shown before you purchase. Treatment plans bill as recurring monthly subscriptions to your payment method on file until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. One-time fees, such as an initial consultation fee, are charged as disclosed at checkout.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including providing false health information, using another person's account, reselling or sharing prescribed medication, attempting to access the Services from a state where they are not offered, or interfering with the operation or security of the site.

8. Intellectual property

The Klivra name, wordmark, website content, and design are owned by Klivra and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

9. Disclaimers

The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klivra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klivra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits the professional responsibility of the licensed physicians who provide your care.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your state of residence necessarily applies to health care services delivered to you there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
