Klivra ("Klivra," "we," "us") operates klivra.health, a direct-pay telehealth platform that connects women with independent licensed physicians for hair loss and weight management care. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create an account, complete a health intake, take our quiz, join our waitlist, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, state of residence, and payment information.
Health information. To receive care, you provide health history, symptoms, medications, and related clinical information through our intake process and consultations. This information is shared only with the licensed physicians and clinical, pharmacy, and laboratory partners involved in your care.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect certain usage data — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring links — through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, coordinate, and improve your care and our services
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, and appointments
- To send updates or marketing you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
4. Protected health information (HIPAA)
Health information you provide in connection with your care is treated as protected health information and is safeguarded consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state law. It is used and disclosed only for treatment, payment, health care operations, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Our clinical partners maintain their own Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to you as part of onboarding.
5. How we share information
We share your information only with:
- Licensed physicians and clinical partners who deliver your care
- Pharmacy and shipping partners who fill and deliver prescribed medications
- Payment processors who handle billing securely — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Service providers who support our website, communications, and analytics under confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health information for advertising purposes.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.
7. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry standards.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, clinical, and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
10. Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
