The short version: we collect only what we need to provide your care, we protect your health information under HIPAA, and we never sell your personal information. Ever.

1. Who we are

Klivra ("Klivra," "we," "us") operates klivra.health, a direct-pay telehealth platform that connects women with independent licensed physicians for hair loss and weight management care. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you create an account, complete a health intake, take our quiz, join our waitlist, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, state of residence, and payment information.

Health information. To receive care, you provide health history, symptoms, medications, and related clinical information through our intake process and consultations. This information is shared only with the licensed physicians and clinical, pharmacy, and laboratory partners involved in your care.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect certain usage data — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring links — through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.

Health information you provide in connection with your care is treated as protected health information and is safeguarded consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state law. It is used and disclosed only for treatment, payment, health care operations, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Our clinical partners maintain their own Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to you as part of onboarding.

To make a request, email us at info@klivra.health. Requests relating to medical records are coordinated with our clinical partners as required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, clinical, and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

10. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
