Once your provider creates your personalized treatment plan and prescription, your medication is shipped directly to your home in discreet packaging from a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Shipping times vary by location and medication, but most orders arrive within a few business days of your prescription being filled.
Is my information private? +
Yes. Klivra is HIPAA compliant. Your health information is encrypted and never sold. It is shared only as needed to deliver your care — such as with your treating provider and the pharmacy filling your prescription — as permitted under HIPAA.

Yes. All care on Klivra is delivered by licensed providers through our clinical partner network. Every treatment plan is created and reviewed by a licensed provider in your state before any prescription is filled.
What is telogen effluvium and can Klivra treat it? +
Telogen effluvium is a temporary form of hair shedding triggered by stress, rapid weight loss, hormonal changes, or nutritional gaps. It's one of the most common causes of hair loss in women. Klivra's clinician-guided hair loss program is launching shortly and will evaluate telogen effluvium as part of a personalized care plan.
Can GLP-1 care work without in-person visits? +
Clinician-guided GLP-1 telehealth can be an appropriate option for many patients, and it is legally available in all 9 states we serve. Every Klivra patient is evaluated by a licensed provider who reviews your health history before any prescribing decision — and GLP-1 treatment is only prescribed when your provider determines it's appropriate for you. We are not a prescription mill; your provider makes every decision.
What happens after I take the quiz? +
A licensed provider reviews your responses, and if you're a good fit for treatment, you'll receive a personalized care plan. If a prescription is appropriate, it's sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy once your evaluation is complete.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds? +
Many patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for clinician-guided telehealth care and prescription medications, but eligibility depends on your specific plan. Check with your plan administrator before enrolling — and we can provide itemized receipts to support your reimbursement or card payment.
How are medications shipped? +
All medications ship from licensed U.S. pharmacies in plain, discreet packaging with tracking — nothing on the outside indicates what's inside. Medications that require temperature control are shipped with appropriate protective packaging.
What if I'm not eligible? +
Not every treatment is right for every patient, and our providers will never prescribe something that isn't appropriate for you. If you're not eligible for a particular treatment, your provider will explain why and discuss whether other options make sense. If you're not eligible for treatment, no medication is prescribed or shipped, your subscription is canceled, and you'll receive a full refund.
What if the provider decides treatment isn't right for me? +
That's your provider's medical judgment working exactly as it should — and it's what separates real medical care from a prescription mill. Your provider may recommend an alternative approach, additional evaluation, or follow-up with your primary care provider, and will explain the reasoning either way.
What lab work might be required? +
It depends on your health history and the treatment being considered. Your provider may ask about recent lab results or request bloodwork before or during treatment to monitor how you are responding to treatment. Any lab requirements will be explained during your consultation.
